By purchasing any of our items you are agreeing to be subscribed to our newsletter. You can opt out of it in a message either at the time of purchase or by following the instruction in the newsletter.
Returns accepted, please get in contact with us first to discuss any issues. We can either send out a replacement, parts or request that you return the item back. If the item is faulty we will reimburse all costs including buyers postage back to us (must use the cheapest form of postage - we will advise). We will only refund items once we have received them back and checked their condition.
If however the return is for a product that isn't faulty and just unwanted we require it returned in as new condition, with packaging, unopened and un-used. We accept returns like this but will deduct from the total product cost the cost of shipping out to the buyer (even if classed as free shipping - there is still a cost to us.) and also charge a 10% re-stocking fee to cover our administration costs. Buyer has to pay the return costs.
